The Workout Poem

this is a poem

and it's gotta be read

gunna go workout

and startup a sweat

it's gunna be hard

it's gunna be rough

but with hardcore music

i feel really tough

so if you see me drippin

from my head to my toe

just that i'm tryin'

to work off all my crisco

after that i'll shower

and head to the cafe

so that tomorrow i'll

have to do it over again...
